Using Desk Phones with Your Call Center

Can I use a desk phone to place outbound calls on my Call Center?

Yes — if you choose to add a direct line to your Contact Center user, then the user will be able to place outbound calls on a desk phone.

If you are having issues making outbound calls on your desk phone, check your license type with your Admin.

Will it cost me money to call from a desk phone?

This will also depend on your license type. Call usage for call centers may be subject to usage charges.
