Company Admins need to purchase fax licenses before they can add fax lines to shared lines or individual team members.
Let's take a look at how to purchase your Fax License.
Purchase a Fax License
From Dialpad.com, navigate to Admin Settings > Billing.
Select Buy Licenses, then enter the number of fax licenses to be purchased and select Next.
Review your purchase and select Confirm Purchase.
Assign a Fax Number
Once purchased, the Company Admin may assign a fax number to a Shared Line or individual user.
