To assign Reps to make and receive calls on your Call Center, Dialpad Admins just need to navigate to Admin Settings and select their Call Center to access Agents & Admins.
From here you can assign Reps to answer on your line. Keep in mind that an individual Rep can't be assigned to more than 30 Call Centers.
You'll also have the option to make any assigned Rep a Call Center Admin by selecting this option from the drop-down menu.
Confirm Connected Devices
To have calls ring Rep's connected devices, make sure they each:
- Download the desktop and/or mobile apps to their devices
- Navigate to Dialpad.com > Your Settings > Devices
- Checks Ring This Device next to their desktop, desk phone, and/or forwarding number
