Who can use this feature?
Real-Time Assist is a feature available to Dialpad Sell and Contact Center customers on the Pro and Enterprise plans.
Voice Intelligence, meanwhile, is only available for Offices in the United States and Canada. It's also currently offered as part of a public beta in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom; if you're enrolled, you'll see a 'Beta' tag alongside Voice Intelligence in the Dialpad app.

Real-Time Assist will automatically pop-up suggestions to you during a call based on trigger words defined by your Admin.

Click on the Vi icon in blue to hide the card.
Note:
If a trigger word is mentioned twice on a call, the card will only pop up the first time the word is mentioned.
