The live-coach recommendation feature will automatically pop-up suggestions to reps during a call based on user-defined trigger words.
To create your recommendation cards, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Admin Settings > Call Centers > Voice Intelligence Settings
2. Click on "Create New Card"
From here you will set up and define your trigger words that will prompt a pop-up during your agent calls with recommendations and links to assist them with their customer interactions.
Once your recommendation cards are created and once one of the defined trigger words is mentioned on a call center call, a pop-up with the helpful information will appear for your agent.
