Team Analytics is a Team Business account feature.
This article will dive into Admin-specific metrics.
- Total conferences
- Total conference minutes
- Total screen shares
- Total number of participants
- Total number of unique participants
- % of conferences that included screen share
- % of conferences viewed online
- Average conference duration
- Average number of participants per conference
- Average rating
- Total number of ratings
Additionally, Admins are able to view metrics for their whole domain or drill down to individual users within their domain (including themselves).
UberConference Tip: Each broadcast counts as one screen share, so if two people share during one conference, that will count as 2 screen shares.
Select Analytics from your profile drop-down.
Admins have the ability to toggle between their entire team or themselves for the last 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months.
Once you've selected your timeframe, you'll have the option to view metrics for:
- Total Calls
- Call Minutes
- Screen sharing
Toggle between these options to view aggregate totals based on your requested timeframe including:
- Total Conferences
- Total Minutes
- Total Participants
- Unique Participants
- Average Call

Scroll down to Team Members to review individual analytics for each member of your team. Click on a team member's name to dive deeper into their individual metrics.
