Why am I seeing an error when I try to share a doc through Google Drive?
In order for all participants to be able to view the document shared through Google Drive, UberConference changes the sharing setting of that document to "Anyone who has the link can view."
This may conflict with the sharing settings set by your Google Apps admin and cause an error.
You can confirm this by trying to manually change the sharing setting of the document in Google Drive. If you do not see an "Anyone who has the link can view" option, you will not be able to share documents through Google Drive.
In this case, you can either ask your Google Apps admin to change the Google Drive sharing setting to "Users can share documents outside of this organization," or you can use screen sharing instead.
