What happens if the length changes after extensions have been assigned?

When this length is changed, the currently assigned extensions get wiped immediately. The extensions will need to be remapped/assigned before they start working again.

Can callers outside of my Company dial an extension via the IVR menu?

Not at this time.

Can we add an extension to a room phone?

Yes, but you'll need to let your sales rep know which room phones you'd like to assign extensions and the extension #.
