Enable Call Waiting

To enable call waiting on your Main Line or Department, navigate to either:

  • Dialpad.com > Admin Settings > Office > Main Line > Advanced Settings > Call Waiting
  • Dialpad.com > Admin Settings > Departments >___Dept > Advanced Settings > Call Waiting

Call waiting is automatically available for your personal lines and any Executives that you've been paired with.
