Users are able to change their name, job title, pronouns, profile picture, and language on their own. Email addresses, however, can only be changed by the Office Admin.
Name, Job Title, & Email Address
From Dialpad.com, navigate to Your Settings and select Edit Personal Information.
You can edit your name and job title immediately. If you'd like to edit your email address, please review this Help Center article as an Office Admin must complete the change.
Dialpad also lets users choose their pronouns.
From Dialpad.com, navigate to Your Settings and select Edit while hovering over your existing profile picture.
Dialpad will use a photo from your Google or Office 365 account if possible. Still, you can edit this to choose another photo.
If there isn't a profile picture to start, Dialpad defaults to using your initials.
From Dialpad.com, navigate to Your Settings and select the Language drop-down.
Choose a language — English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, or Chinese.
Once you've selected a language, restart the Dialpad app or log out and then relaunch Dialpad. It will take a moment for the change to go into effect.
Either you and your Admin will need to submit a request to our Support Team in order to change a phone number.
