OneLogin integrations are available on our Enterprise plan.
Rather than signing into Dialpad with your Google or Microsoft productivity suite, our OneLogin integration allows your team to access Dialpad via OneLogin's single sign-on option (SSO) via SAML.
In order to do that, you'll need to access certain URLs and IDs from OneLogin + Dialpad. Here's how:
Navigate to the Find Applications window and search for Dialpad to select Dialpad SAML2.0.
Under Configuration make sure the display name is listed (Dialpad) and that you've toggled on Visible in Portal. Click Save to add Dialpad.
Next, navigate over to your Dialpad web portal then Admin Settings > Authentication > SAML and select OneLogin from the drop-down menu.
When your screen refreshes, copy your Dialpad domain name (at the end of your Dialpad SP SSO url) to add it to your OneLogin configuration page.
Select the SSO tab on your OneLogin screen to access the data you'll need to paste back into your Dialpad SAML authentication page, including:
- Issuer URL
- SAML 2.0 Endpoint
- SLO Endpoint
- X.509 Certificate
From here, follow these steps:
- Copy the Issuer URL from OneLogin and paste it into the IdP Entity ID (Issuer) field in Dialpad
- Copy the SAML 2.0 Endpoint from OneLogin and paste it into the IdP SSO URL field in Dialpad
- Click View Details on your X.590 Certificate to copy + paste it into the Certificate field in Dialpad
Dialpad Tip: Just like Google or Microsoft, a user must exist in OneLogin and be provisioned in Dialpad before they can start utilizing OneLogin SSO.
Log in with OneLogin
Once enabled, users can log in with OneLogin right from their Dialpad apps (desktop + mobile) or web portal. Here's how:
- On your login screen, select Login with another provider
- Enter the domain of your Company
- Enter your OneLogin credentials
- Select Sign In
Dialpad Tip: Logging into Dialpad from your OneLogin dashboard will bring you to the Dialpad web portal.
The SP information is not showing my domain, instead, it shows "none".
If you signed up for Dialpad via open sign up, we may not have set up a domain for your organization. This piece of information is required to log into OneLogin. Please contact support to add the domain you wish to use for OneLogin.
