Add Local or Toll-Free Numbers

Learn how to add a local or toll-free number to your Main Line, Department, or Call Queue. Looking to make changes on your user's lines?

Add a Local Number

To add a local number to your Main Line, Department or Call Queue navigate to the page settings and select Add a Number

From here you'll be able to:

  • Check how many local licenses you have 
  • Confirm the new # or select it from the Change menu 

Adding a local # to your Main Line, Department or Call Queue is an additional $5/month on an annual plan or $7/month on monthly plans.

Add a Toll-Free Number

To add a toll-free number to your Main Line, Department or Call Queue navigate to the page settings and select Add a Number

From here you'll be able to:

  • Check how many toll-free licenses you have
  • Confirm the new # or select it from the Change menu

Add a toll-free # to your Main Line, Department or Call Queue is an additional $5/month on an annual plan or $7/month on a monthly plan plus $0.02/min for incoming calls. 

Dialpad Tip: Pro and Enterprise plans can re-assign numbers to team members or shared lines.
