Just because Dialpad gives you the freedom to work from anywhere doesn't mean you shouldn't unplug at the end of the day.
With our DND status, you can temporarily stop receiving calls to all of your connected devices. You'll just need to turn DND on or off from a single point to set your status across all your devices.
Setting yourself to DND from within your app settings will prevent ALL calls and message notifications from coming through, this includes calls from any call centers or departments you may be part of, including your mainline.

Let's take a closer look at how to turn DND on or off from each device/app, starting with your desktop.
DND: Desktop App
Your DND toggle is nestled within your profile drop-down. Once you toggle DND on, you'll even have the option to set a timer.
DND: iOS App
Just like your desktop app, your DND toggle is nestled within your profile drop-down.
DND: Android App
Just like on your desktop app, your DND toggle is nestled within your profile drop-down. You'll even have the option to set a timer.
DND: Forwarding or Desk Phone
If you're using a forwarding phone number (but didn't download the mobile apps) or are using a desk phone, you can still toggle on your DND status from anywhere.
Just follow these steps:
- Call your personal Dialpad # from your forwarding phone or desk phone*
- Enter your User & VM PIN
- Select the option to toggle DND
*Forwarding phone and desk phone must be tied to your Dialpad account.
