Dialpad gives you several ways to make your first call. Let's take a look at all the ways you can place a call in Dialpad, starting with dialing a number.
Place a Call
- Desktop App
Select Make a Call in the top-left corner to manually place a call. You may enter a contact's name or an entire number, then select the Phone icon to start dialing.
Select the Plus ('+') icon > New Call and enter a contact's name or an entire number. If you've opened a conversation thread with a contact, just select the Phone icon to start dialing.
Tap + then New Call to manually dial a number or search for a contact. Or, if you're within a conversation thread you can tap right on the Phone icon.
