Run a System Test

Once you've installed your Dialpad apps, you'll want to make sure that everything is running smoothly before making and receiving calls, messages, and UberConference Meetings invites

We've added a link to our system test right within your desktop app — you can access the link by either:

  • Clicking the headset icon in your app then Audio/Video Settings > Test Audio
  • Selecting App Settings Audio Test from your profile drop-down. 

You'll automatically be taken through our system test. If any hiccups occur, we'll offer troubleshooting support to correct the issue.
