Who can use this feature?
Instructions below are for users who sign into Dialpad using an email and password.
If you're using Google G Suite or Microsoft Office 365, you'll need to reset your password via your productivity suite; Dialpad will automatically mark the change the next time you try our login authentication.
Change Your Password

From Dialpad.com, navigate to Your Settings > Change Password.
Enter your current password, then the new password. You'll need to enter the new password again to verify it's correct.
Select Save Changes to confirm.
Reset Your Password

From Dialpad.com, navigate to Login > Forgot Password.
Enter your email address, then select Reset Your Password. Dialpad will send an email with instructions to reset your password.
Dialpad Tip:
If your account uses G Suite or Office 365 to login to Dialpad, and you go through the forgot password steps, you will receive an email from Dialpad giving you instructions to log in with your productivity suite.
