Just like your business, you can set business hours for your Main Line, Departments, and Call Queues. Just make sure you're either a Dialpad Admin or a Department/Call Queue Admin before following these steps:
- Navigate to your Main Line, Department, or Call Queue page
- Select Business Hours & Call Handling to expand your menu
- Decide between 24/7 or specific hours
If you end up selecting specific hours, make sure:
- Open and closed hours are selected for each weekday/weekend
- The correct time zone is selected
