# Dialpad WFM Release Notes 25.08.18

Dialpad WFM is designed to optimize your contact center operations, and we're continuously releasing updates with new workforce management features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on ***August 18, 2025*.**

## Improvements

### Automated schedule adjustment in WFM

[Break schedules adjust automatically](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/schedule-optimizations#dialpad-call-overruns-into-a-break) when calls run long, no more manual changes. This keeps schedules accurate, reduces admin work, and helps improve adherence without affecting service levels.

### Intelligent schedule generation

Dialpad WFM can now [generate a forecast-led schedule](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/auto-schedule-shifts#how-autoscheduling-works) that automatically combines shifts and activities. It factors in working hours, skills, and rest periods to balance business needs with agent availability.

### Forecasting and scheduling intervals

View [staffing requirements in 15-minute intervals](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/understanding-the-coverage-bar#show-coverage) for both forecasting and scheduling, helping align workforce supply to demand with greater precision.

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.

Happy Dialing!
