# Dialpad WFM Release Notes 25.05.13

Dialpad WFM is designed to optimize your contact center operations, and we're continuously releasing updates with new workforce management features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on **May 13, 2025**

## Improvement

### Adherence reporting with WFM

Dialpad WFM now tracks adherence using both agent status and activity, like whether they’re on a call. ### Schedule coverage improvement

The [schedule coverage bar](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/understanding-the-coverage-bar#activity-schedule) now shows 15-minute intervals, giving you a clearer view of shorter activities like breaks, making it easier to fine-tune staffing.

### Dialbot notification for WFM

Agents can now be [notified of their schedule from the Dialbot](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/dialpad-wfm-dialbot), allowing agents to know exactly what they’re scheduled to do and when.

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
