Troubleshooting Poly Studio X Errors

Let's take a look at some of the common Poly Studio X Errors, what they mean and why you are receiving them.
Error 100 — No physical network detected
This error appears when the Poly device is unable to secure an IP address from the local network.
Possible causes:
- The Ethernet cable is partially or completely disconnected from the device or the nearest Ethernet port.
- The DHCP server is not reachable from the current connection.
Troubleshooting:
- Remove and re-insert the Ethernet cable.
- Replace the Ethernet cable.
- Check with the IT team about the local network status.
Error 101 — No IP address
This error appears when the Poly device is unable to secure an IP address from the local network.
Possible causes:
- The Ethernet cable is partially or completely disconnected from the device or the nearest Ethernet port.
- The DHCP server is not reachable from the current connection.
Troubleshooting:
- Remove and re-insert the Ethernet cable.
- Replace the Ethernet cable.
- Check with the IT team about the local network status.
Error 102 — Failure in DNS lookup
This error appears if the Poly device is unable to reach the domain name system (DNS) service, or the DNS is slow to respond.
Possible causes:
- The device has a LAN connection, but is unable to reach the internet.
- The local or remote DNS server is unreachable.
Troubleshooting:
- Alert your IT contact about the problem.
Error 103 — Cannot reach service
This error means that the Poly device has a network connection and knows how to get hold of the server, but it cannot reach the server or cannot receive responses from the server to its requests.
Possible causes:
- One or more firewall rules are blocking access to our services.
Troubleshooting:
- Review the Network Recommendations article for a list of domains, ports, and protocols to add to the Allow rules in the network firewall.
Error 104 — Configuration service error
This error is most likely to happen when trying to connect during a Dialpad maintenance window.
Possible causes:
- Scheduled system maintenance.
- Service interruption.
Troubleshooting:
- Check the Dialpad status page for service notices and alerts.
- If there are no alerts posted, please contact Customer Care and provide them with the serial number you see on your touchscreen controller device.
Error 105 — Cannot reach service
Possible causes:
- Schedule system maintenance.
- Service interruption.

Error 106 — Problem loading service
Possible causes:
