# Sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

To support our customers in complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we allow all company administrators to sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for their company.

Let’s look at how to accept your DPA and assign a Data Protection Officer and EU representative for your company.

## Sign a DPA

To review and accept a DPA, go to your **Dialpad Admin Settings**.

1. Choose the desired office
2. Select **Privacy and Legal**
3. Select **Review and Accept** beside Data Processing Agreement
4. Review the agreement
5. Select **Accept**

## **Subprocessors**

## **Representatives**

In the **Privacy & Legal**section, you will also be able to assign representatives. To determine if you need a Data Protection Officer and/or EU Representative refer to the following definitions:

- A ***data protection officer (DPO)*** is the person designated, where applicable, to facilitate compliance with the provisions of the GDPR. The GDPR defines the criteria and the conditions under which a data protection officer must be designated.
- An ***EU representative*** is the person designated, where applicable, to represent customers not established in the EU with regard to their obligations under the GDPR.

To add your representatives, select **Add EU Representative**and/or **Add Data Protection Officer**

1. Enter their details
2. Select **Save**

Data Protection Officers and EU Representatives can be edited at any time by selecting**Edit** to update the details. <input type="hidden" value="none" data-display="inline" data-tomark-pass="">
