# Purchase or Order a Desk Phone

While many business communications now happen in the cloud, desk phones remain essential for day-to-day conversations. To ensure Dialpad users have everything they need, we continue to offer and support for select desk phones.

> Dialpad Admins can purchase desk phones directly from Dialpad.

## Purchase a desk phone

Dialpad sells Obihai, Yealink and Polycom products with Dialpad already configured on the phone.

> Desk phones ordered from Dialpad are available for shipping only to Canada and the United States.

To purchase a desk phone, navigate to your Dialpad **Admin Settings**.

1. Select **Office** > **Desk Phones**
2. Select **Buy phones or learn more about compatible devices**
3. On the **Dialpad Hardware Orders** page, select **Continue**
4. On the Dialpad Marketplace website, select **Shop Dialpad Devices**
5. Choose the desired device(s), quantity, and payment plan

Once purchased, devices can be assigned to user accounts and shared lines (Main Line, Department, Contact Centers) or remain as a room phone.
