PSTN Add-On

Prev Next

Need to give a presentation to a team member who missed the last meeting but needs to be up to speed on the new Dialpad Meetings feature? Dialpad's PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) add-on is an optional feature for Dialpad Meetings that allows participants to dial into a meeting using a traditional phone number, rather than relying on an internet connection.

This is especially useful for attendees who may be in a location with poor internet service or those who simply prefer to use a phone. When a PSTN number is enabled, Dialpad provides a dial-in number and conference code, allowing users to join the meeting by phone.

To enable this add-on for your account, contact Dialpad Customer Care to guide you through the migration process to the new bundled architecture. Once your account has been updated, you can purchase and manage the add-on directly through your Dialpad Admin Settings.

  1. Select Office > Licenses

  2. Navigate to Add-ons and select Purchase licenses

  3. Choose the number of licenses to purchase and select Next

  4. On the Confirm purchase confirmation page, review the details and select Confirm Purchase
