# Port Out Dialpad Numbers

Looking to port out a Dialpad number?

Let's dive into the details.

#### Who can use this

Company and Office Admins can start the number porting process right from the Dialpad Admin portal. Only Dialpad numbers within your Company are eligible to be ported out.

## How to port out a Dialpad number

Before contacting your new service provider, you'll need a unique PIN associated with your Dialpad number(s). This PIN and other information, such as your account number, will allow your new service provider to port the Dialpad number(s) to their system.

To port out a Dialpad number, head to [dialpad.com/portout](https://dialpad.com/login?c=%2Fportout)

1. Enter the number you'd like to port out
