# iOS Release Notes 23.08.10

Dialpad's [iOS app](/v1/docs/use-the-ios-app) is made to live at the center of your business communications while on the go.

We're always rolling out updates that contain new features and capabilities to ensure customers get the most out of Dialpad. You'll also discover some bug fixes to improve reliability.

Update your iOS app to take advantage of the latest additions — we're currently on iOS app version **v4.24.0**

Let's take a look at what's new in this iOS app release for **August 10, 2023**.

### **<meta charset="utf-8">**Share external contact****

Easily [share your external contacts](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/use-the-ios-app#share-from-outside-apps) and send them through the Dialpad iOS app.

## Critical bug fixes

### **<meta charset="utf-8">**Thread not loading****

Some users reported that some [threads are not loading all messages](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/use-the-ios-app#send-a-message). This is fixed!

### Call Center status****

Few users reported that the call center status shows as[On Duty instead of Available](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/working-as-a-contact-center-agent#active-status-vs-offduty-status). We fixed this.

## Other Improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
