# Manage Dialpad Meetings Business Licenses

Dialpad Meetings is available to all Dialpad users, providing your teams with access to virtual meetings anytime, anywhere.

Let's look at how to manage Dialpad Meetings and Dialpad.

> You must be a Company or Office Admin to manage Dialpad Meetings licenses in Dialpad.

## How it works

When you create Dialpad accounts for your team, we automatically include a Dialpad Meetings license for them. If we find an account that already exists under the same email address as your Dialpad account, we'll automatically link them together, whether it's associated with a Free or Business account.

## Types of Dialpad Meetings licenses

There are 3 types of Dialpad Meetings licenses:

- Local
- Toll-Free
- Room Devices

## Purchase Dialpad Meetings licenses

To purchase Dialpad Meetings licenses, head to your**Dialpad Admin Settings.**

1. Navigate to **Office > Licenses**
2. Navigate to **Dialpad Licenses**for Dialpad Meetings licenses, and to **Dialpad Meetings Licenses** for Toll-free lines and/or Room Devices licenses
3. Select **Purchase licenses**
4. Enter the desired number of licenses
5. Select **Next**
6. Review the updated billing summary
7. Select **Confirm purchase**

> Note
> 
> Keep in mind that Dialpad Meetings licenses are **per-user.**
> 
> If five team members each need a conference line to use, you'll need to purchase five licenses for Dialpad Meetings.

## Assign Dialpad Meetings licenses

To assign a Dialpad Meetings license to a user, head to your **Dialpad** **Admin Settings.**

1. Navigate to **Office > Users**
2. Navigate to a user, then select **Option**
3. Select **Calling > Add Dialpad Meetings**
4. Assign a local or toll-free number
  1. Select preferred area code for a local number
5. Select **Done**

If you don't specify an area code, we'll select one automatically. Users then receive an email alerting of the change to their account.

> Note
> 
> Keep in mind that the first team member assigned a Dialpad Meetings license will be the Dialpad Meetings Admin and get to [manage team settings](/v1/docs/manage-your-team) for the entire organization.

## Remove Dialpad Meetings licenses

To remove a Dialpad Meetings license from a user, head to your **Dialpad Admin Settings.**

1. Navigate to **Office > Users**
2. Navigate to a user, then select **Option**
3. Select **Calling > Remove Dialpad Meetings**
4. Select **Remove**
