# iOS Release Notes 24.01.16

Dialpad's [iOS app](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/dialpad/id921879637)is designed to live at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates containing new features, improvements and bug fixes.

We're currently on app version **4.34** — be sure to update your app to take advantage these latest features.

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on **January 16, 2024**

## Critical bug fixes

### Dark mode bug

Some users reported color contrast issues while using [dark mode on iOS](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/dark-mode#dark-mode-for-ios).**This has been fixed!

### App shortcut translation bug

A few users reported that the shortcut for new messages and searches wouldn't translate if their iPhone was set to a non-English language.**We've fixed this.

### Dialbot picture bug

Some users reported that the Dialbot profile displayed a picture of one of their [recent contacts](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/use-the-ios-app#receive-a-message). This has been fixed!

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
