# Integrations Release Notes 23.09.07

We're always rolling out product updates to our integrations to ensure you get the most out of Dialpad.

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on Sept 7th, 2023.

You'll also discover some bug fixes to improve reliability.

## Salesforce

**Screen Pop improvement |**[Screen Pop](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/dialpad-screen-pop) will now appear for calls whether they have a contact match, multiple matches, or no matches at all.

**Default timezone for date picker |** We've set a default for the [Timezone field](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/dialpad-powerdialer-with-salesforce#timezone-support) in the Powerdialer. If a timezone is not set, the dialer will automatically default to the Powerdialer user's timezone.

**SMS logging for shared lines |** SMS logging for shared lines is now available in our [Early Adopter Program](/v1/docs/salesforce-sms-logging-shared-lines-early-adopter-program).

## Bullhorn

**Improved record creation functionality |** During a [warm transfer](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/transfer-a-call?highlight=warm%20transfer#ask-first-warm-transfer), the receiving Contact Center agent can now create a new record.

For example, if Mary calls into a Contact Center, and Agent Paul answers, Paul can enter notes via the Bullhorn integration (and they'll automatically be saved).

Paul can then transfer Mary to Betty, a Contact Center Agent in a different Contact Center within the same company. Mary will be on hold while Paul talks to Betty and before the transfer is complete, Betty can create a new record (contact, candidate or lead) for Mary.

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad integrations.
