# Guest Login (Hotdesking)

Whether travelling from office to office or having an open office-desk arrangement, guest login for desk phones allows users to sign in to any desk phone in their office for their daily use.

> Note
> 
> The Company Admin must enable guest login for your office.
> 
> Users are automatically logged out of any desk phone they have logged into as a guest after 24 hours.

## Log in to a desk phone

You can log in as a guest on these desk phone models:

****Yealink T series models****

To log in as a guest:

1. Press **More** > **Hot Desk**
2. On the **Guest Log In** screen, enter your:
  1. Dialpad phone number
  2. User & Voicemail PIN
3. Press **Submit**

****Poly VVX Obi series models****

To log in as a guest:

1. Press **More**
2. Select **Login Guest**
3. On the **Log In Guest** screen, enter your:
  1. Dialpad phone number
  2. User & Voicemail PIN
4. Press **Submit**

****Poly UCS Edge E series models****

To log in as a guest:

1. Press the **More > More** soft key
2. Navigate to Guest and select **Login**
3. On the **Log In Guest** screen, enter your:
  1. Dialpad phone number
  2. User & Voicemail PIN
4. Select **Login**

## Log out of a desk phone

****Yealink T series models****

To log out as a guest:

1. Press **More** > **Hot Desk**
2. On the **Guest Log Out** screen, press **OK** The device reboots and is available for another guest login.

> Note
> 
> If the desk phone is allocated to another user, the desk phone returns to the primary user’s profile after a guest user logs out.

****Poly VVX Obi series models****

To log out as a guest:

1. Press **More**
2. Select **Guest Logout**
3. On the **Log Out Guest** screen, press **OK** The device reboots and is available for another guest login.

****Poly UCS Edge E series models****

To log out as a guest:

1. Press the **More > More** soft key
2. Navigate to Guest and select **Logout**
