    Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on January 21, 2025.

    Improvements

    Digital Contact Center settings improvement

    We’ve added a feature that lets admins prevent supervisors from changing the agent’s active/inactive status, giving you more control over your team's settings.

    Supervisor management improvement

    Supervisors now have the option to manually end an agent's wrap-up early if the agent's next state is set to off-duty, making it easier to manage transitions efficiently.

    Critical bug fixes

    Call participant filter bug

    Some users reported that their Conversation History displayed inaccurate results when searching for a specific participant. This has been fixed!

    Upload Shared Company Contacts bug

    A few users reported encountering an error when uploading a CSV file for their Company Contacts. We’ve fixed this.

    Duplicate Department bug

    Some users reported that other Offices were not showing when duplicating a Department. This has been fixed!

    Other improvements

    We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
