    Improvements

    Ai Scorecard improvement

    Voicemails manually left by trainees or agents, or those using the Voicemail Drop feature, will no longer be automatically scored by Ai scorecards.

    Real Time Assist card and Custom Moments improvement

    You can now choose from English, Spanish, and French as your preferred language when creating your Real Time Assist and Custom Moments cards.

    Critical bug fixes

    Sending SMS bug

    Some users reported that group messages using a shared line weren't delivered, and the recipient list appeared empty. This has been fixed!

    User status in export bug

    A few users reported that active users appeared suspended after exporting the user list. We've fixed this.

    Graded scorecard bug

    Some users reported that they were unable to see the graded scorecards on Conversation History. This has been fixed!

    Other improvements

    We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
