Object logging with Salesforce CTI

We know how important Custom Objects are, and we're thrilled to announce that Object Logging is now possible when using the Salesforce CTI. 

Critical bug fixes

Office holidays bug

Some users reported that deleted office holidays kept reappearing. This has been fixed!

Emoji bug

A few users reported that emojis were incorrectly sized when sent via SMS. We've fixed this.

Voicemail drop bug

Some users reported that the screen had turned white instead of displaying the voicemail options. This has been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
