Be sure to update your desktop app, or visit Dialpad's web portal to take advantage of our latest improvements.

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on June 25, 2024.

    Custom Ai Playbooks

    Quality Calls

Time is precious, and managers need to identify which calls are truly worth listening to without manually sifting through hundreds of them — and that’s where Dialpad Ai comes into action. Dialpad’s proprietary AI analyzes Coaching Team calls based on key business call metrics to determine whether they should be considered for data insights and coaching. The 'good' calls are classified as Quality Calls and are visible in the Sales Launchpad, Coaching Hub, and Salesforce.

    Improvements

    Coaching Hub enhancements

We've made some major improvements to our Ai Coaching Hub! You'll now see an interactive funnel, leaderboard, and 2 different conversation widgets — all of which are completely customizable to display the exact data that you need.

    Personal contacts tab

We've added a new tab to the Contacts section of your Dialpad app. In the Contacts tab, you'll see your own personal contacts (both numbers and names saved locally on the Dialpad app), making it easier and faster to connect with your friends and family.

    Deleted user identification

We have updated how deleted users appear in the app. Instead of displaying "deleted user", the app now states (deactivated) beside the user's name. This change provides more context, helping you identify who the deactivated user was.

    Critical bug fixes

    Custom Moments alert bug

Some users reported that they could not toggle the Custom Moment Alert on or off from the Contact Center Settings. This has been fixed!

    Warm transfer bug

A few users reported that on-screen contact information didn't update after they received a warm transfer. We've fixed this.

    Ai transcript bug

Some users reported they could not access the real-time Ai transcript while a call was on hold. This has been fixed!

    Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.

    Happy Dialing!
