    New

    EAP | Bulk holiday for Departments

    Simplify your holiday management by adding holidays across multiple departments with just a few clicks. 

    Outbound Ai CSAT

    Experience the power of Ai CSAT on outbound calls, including call backs! Users with the Ai CSAT add-on will automatically have this feature enabled. 

    Supervisor assignment

    Supervisors and Contact Center admins can now pick interactions from the digital queue and assign them to themselves or a specific agent to handle jumping the queue for quick and improved customer experience. 

    Critical bug fixes

    Ai Recap bug

    Some users reported that the call summary failed to display the Ai Recap pill data within conversation history. This has been fixed!

    Search filter bug

    A few users reported that they were unable to use the 'with' and 'from' filter in the search. We've fixed this.

    Add-on license bug

    Some users reported that they couldn't add new users or phone numbers to existing ones, even though the office had the licenses. This has been fixed!

    Other improvements

    We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
