    Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on April 8, 2024.

    Improvements

    Call disposition for calls switched to desk phones

    We've added call dispositions for transferred calls.  Now, agents who switch their in-app calls to a desk phone will still see a call disposition pop-up in the app after ending the call.

    New Contact Center agent status indicator

    We've added a Wrap-Up status to the in-app Contact Center agent status display. Now, you’l be able to see when agents are in wrap-up state following a call. 

    Critical bug fixes

    Real-time assist card bug

    Some users reported that they were unable to unassign their RTA cards on Contact Center group settings. This has been fixed!

    Contact Center settings bug

    A few users reported that changes made to Contact Center settings were not saved after a refresh. We've fixed this.

    Bulk holiday management bug

    Some multi-office admins reported their bulk holiday template was showing across all offices, instead of the one they were creating it for. This has been fixed!

    Other improvements

    We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
