    Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on March 5, 2024. 


    Dialpad University

    We have integrated our Dialpad University into the Dialpad app, giving you easy access to our free resources and interactive courses that can help you manage your Dialpad account.

    Critical bug fixes

    IVR workflow bug

    Some users reported that when they copied an IVR workflow, the workflow name wasn't updated. This has been fixed!

    Messages tab bug

    A few users reported that their inbox does not display all the messages received on the Dialpad app. We've fixed this.

    Hold queue bug

    Some users reported that when a call was placed in the Contact Center hold queue, it seemed like the call had been waiting for hours. This has been fixed!

    Other improvements

    We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
