CHALLENGER Playbook | We've added a brand new sale methodology to Diapad's Ai Playbooks.The CHALLENGER Playbook encourages sales reps to challenge their prospects' assumptions and educate them on new perspectives, positioning them as trusted advisors. 

Critical Bug Fix

Call recording bug |  Some users reported that call recordings older than Nov 2018 were showing an incorrect call recording access error. We've fixed this. 

Salesforce SMS Logging Bug  | A few users reported that when they were using the Salesforce CTI, SMS logging was failing for SMS's sent on shared lines. We've fixed this.

Other Improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
