Critical bug fixes

• Resolved UI glitches | There was a bug where authenticated streamers were not automatically joining calls once the streaming commenced. This has been fixed.
• Resolved UI glitches | There was a bug where the Participant Panel displayed an incorrect number of participants for Speaker users. This has been resolved.
