Android Release Notes 24.01.05

Dialpad's Android App is designed to live at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates containing new features, improvements and bug fixes. 

We're currently on app version 9.18 — be sure to update your app to take advantage of these latest features. 

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on Jan 5th, 2024.

Critical bug fixes

Disconnecting call bug

Some users reported that their calls were disconnected right after answering them. This has now been fixed.  

Mark as unread bug 

A few users reported that marking messages as unread from their inbox, it didn't always reset the message. We've fixed this! 

View all bug 

A couple of users reported that when they tapped 'View all' beside Recents, it took them to the Unread section of their inbox, instead of All. 

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
