# Do Not Disturb (DND) for Desk Phones

The Do Not Disturb (DND) feature allows you to block all incoming calls when you need to focus or are in a meeting and don’t want to be interrupted.

DND can be enabled from your desk phone, mobile app, desktop app, or web app.

> 
> No matter where you turn on DND mode, it puts all Dialpad applications and devices connected to your account into DND mode.

## Turning on/off DND mode

****Yealink T series models****

To turn on or off DND mode, press the **DND** soft key.

****Poly VVX Obi series models****

To turn on or off DND mode:

1. Press the **More** soft key
2. Select **Do Not Disturb (DND)**
3. Press the **DND On** soft key

To turn DND off, press the **DND Off** soft key.

****Poly UCS Edge E series models****

To turn on DND mode:

1. Press the **More > DND** soft key

OR

1. Press the **More > More** soft key
2. Navigate to Do Not Disturb and select **ON**

To turn off DND mode:

1. Press the **More > DND** soft key

OR

1. Press the **More > More** soft key
2. Navigate to Do Not Disturb and select **OFF**
