# Dialpad WFM Release Notes 25.03.05

Dialpad WFM is designed to optimize your contact center operations, and we're continuously releasing updates with new workforce management features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on **March 5, 2025.**

## New

### Generate WFM forecasts for any system or channel

Admins can now [upload CSVs of historical contact volumes](/v1/docs/forecasting-with-csv-uploads)to generate a forecast and determine staffing requirements. ## Improvement

### Deletion of activity templates

WFM Admins can now [delete activity templates](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/create-an-activity-plan#delete-an-activity) used for generating schedules. When a template is deleted, affected schedule blocks will be clearly marked in red with a strikethrough for visibility. However, rule parameters will remain in the plan builder, allowing for easy reuse in future activities.

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad WFM.
