We're currently on app version **10.00** — be sure to update your app to take advantage these latest features. Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on **May 14, 2024***.* ## Improvement ### Presence icon on the conversation screen You can now see a user's current status in the top bar of your chat view. [Presence icons](https://help.dialpad.com/v1/docs/en/dialpad-app-presence-icons#presence-icon) make it easy to know when someone is available, busy, or away. ### ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/0f28ad44-2863-4372-a27e-c6728808d742/Images/Documentation/image-1715739652597.png) ## Critical bug fixes ### Sending a photo bug **** Some users reported that when they [sent a photo](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/use-the-ios-app#send-a-message) to a group or 1-on-1 conversation, the image didn't go through. This has been fixed! ### Contact Center agents tab bug A few users reported that agents were not visible in the [Contact Center's agent tab](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/working-as-a-contact-center-supervisor). We've fixed this. ### Receiving calls bug Some users reported that when they [received a call](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/use-the-ios-app#receive-a-call)from their carrier and Dialpad simultaneously, the app crashed. This has been fixed! ## Other improvements We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
