# Dialpad Release Notes for 21.10.12

We're always rolling out updates that contain new features and capabilities to ensure customers get the most of Dialpad.

Visit Dialpad's [web portal](https://www.dialpad.com/features/web-portal/) to take advantage of the latest additions. You'll also discover some bug fixes to improve reliability. Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are made to live at the center of your business communications.

Let's take a look at what's new in this release for October 12, 2021.

## New

### **Platform**

Click-to-call is now available for the CTI Chrome extension.

### **Contact Center**

We've renamed “Connected calls” to “Handled calls” on the Contact Center Live Dashboard to be consistent with naming and calculations of other Analytics data.

Also, connected callbacks are now labeled "callback_connected” instead of "outgoing" on the Call Log export.
