# Dialpad Release Notes for 21.09.24

We're always rolling out updates that contain new features and capabilities to ensure customers get the most of Dialpad.

## New

### **Ai Voice**

- Updated porting portal to accept alphanumeric characters.

### **Platform**

- New API endpoint and UI to create Shared Call Recording Links.

### **Contact Center**

- Dutch is now a language option for [interactive voice response (IVR)](/v1/docs/network-terms#i) greetings on Call Centers and Departments.
