# Dialpad Release Notes 26.04.03

Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to be at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates with new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

## Improvements

### Billing

We’ve improved the experience around [auto-charges](/v1/docs/billing-information#dialpad). They are now applied by default for [Support](/v1/docs/dialpad-support) and [Sell](/v1/docs/dialpad-sell) customers along with improved notifications.

### Integrations

We’ve improved the experience with [Zendesk](/v1/docs/use-the-dialpad-zendesk-integration) logging, the behaviour of the CTI and contact syncing controls.

## Critical bug fixes

### Analytics

Some users reported that [scheduled reports](/v1/docs/scheduled-reports) and [exported](/v1/docs/export-your-analytics-data) analytics weren’t delivered properly, that [leaderboards](/v1/docs/agent-productivity-report#agent-leaderboard) weren’t sorting correctly, that there were mismatches in [CSAT](/v1/docs/ai-csat-customer-satisfaction) data, and that widgets and charts weren’t working as expected.**This has been fixed!

### Billing

A few users reported that [invoices](/v1/docs/view-your-dialpad-billing-summary) weren’t consistent, [credits](/v1/docs/dialpad-credits-and-usage#add-credits) weren’t calculated or applied correctly, and that [license pools](/v1/docs/manage-dialpad-license-billing) didn’t sync properly*.***We've fixed this.

### Calling & Routing

There were reports that [call routing](/v1/docs/set-call-routing-rules-for-departments) wasn’t working as expected, that odd behaviour occurred with [holds](/v1/docs/calls-on-desk-phones#place-a-call-on-hold), [transfers](/v1/docs/transfer-a-call), the [callback queue](/v1/docs/in-queue-callback), and [voicemail playbacks](/v1/docs/voicemail-management#voicemail-history), and that [ATA devices](/v1/docs/provision-an-ata-device) and [call waiting](/v1/docs/call-waiting) didn’t work as expected. These have all been fixed.

### Contact Center & Coaching Hub

Some users reported that searches didn’t return results, [scorecard](/v1/docs/ai-scorecards) filters weren’t maintained, and [workflows](/v1/docs/workflows) were not assigned correctly*.***This has been fixed!

### Integrations

A few users reported that [Salesforce](/v1/docs/logging-records-in-salesforce) activities weren’t logged, and record loading was delayed. Also, [Zendesk](/v1/docs/dialpad-zendesk-integration) and [Teams](/v1/docs/dialpad-ms-teams) had syncing issues*.***We've fixed this.

### Messaging & Digital

There were reports of [bulk messaging limits](/v1/docs/bulk-messaging#bulk-messaging-limits), [message editing](/v1/docs/send-a-message#edit-a-message) delays, channel and app search issues, and exports that did not always work. These have all been fixed.

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
