# Dialpad Release Notes 26.03.13

Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to be at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates with new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

## Improvements

### Integrations

We’ve improved the experience with [Zendesk call logging](/v1/docs/use-the-dialpad-zendesk-integration#receive-calls-and-create-tickets-in-zendesk), [HubSpot ticket](/v1/docs/manage-hubspot-integration-in-dialpad#hubspot-service-ticket-automation) creation, and [CTI](/v1/docs/use-dialpad-for-salesforce-cti) calling behaviour.

### Contact Centers and dashboards

We’ve improved the experience when navigating through the [wallboard](/v1/docs/contact-center-dashboards), clicking through [SLA filtering](/v1/docs/multiple-contact-centers-live-dashboard#contact-centers-dashboard), and updated headers.

### Billing

The overall [billing](/v1/docs/view-your-dialpad-billing-summary) experience is improved with auto-charge defaults, better validations and notifications.

### Workflows

We’ve improved the experience with [workflows](/v1/docs/workflow-steps#transfer) to make Voicemail the default option for Operator fallback, preventing call looping.

## Critical bug fixes

### Analytics

Some users reported dashboard data inconsistencies, [leaderboards](/v1/docs/agent-productivity-report#agent-leaderboard) that didn’t sort properly, mismatches in [CSAT exports](/v1/docs/ai-csat-customer-satisfaction#ai-csat-analytics), and discrepancies in SLA data. These have been fixed!

### Contact Center and Coaching Hub

A few users reported issues with leaderboard pagination, grade visibility, and search malfunctions. We've fixed these.

### Integrations

There were reports that [Salesforce](/v1/docs/use-dialpad-for-salesforce-cti), [Zendesk](/v1/docs/use-the-dialpad-zendesk-integration), and [HubSpot](/v1/docs/manage-hubspot-integration-in-dialpad) didn’t sync data properly and had issues with the CTI.**These have been fixed!

### Calling and routing

A few users reported that [caller IDs](/v1/docs/customize-your-caller-id) weren’t consistent, call [holds](/v1/docs/active-call-controls#place-a-call-on-hold) and [transfers](/v1/docs/transfer-a-call) didn’t work as expected, and that some desk phones wouldn’t [provision](/v1/docs/provision-a-deskphone) properly*.*We've fixed these.

### Messaging

Some users reported that [email](/v1/docs/using-the-email-channel) and [digital channel](/v1/docs/digital-engagement-channels) threads wouldn’t open properly, [messages](/v1/docs/send-a-message#send-a-message-chat-sms) would remain unread, and there were issues with [bulk messaging](/v1/docs/bulk-messaging) settings. These have been fixed!

### Workflows

Some users reported that [creating or opening workflows](/v1/docs/workflows#create-a-workflow) could be slow or fail to load, and callers got stuck in a loop when operator fallback options are set. We've fixed these.

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
