# Dialpad Release Notes 26.03.04

Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to be at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates with new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

## Improvements

### Calling and routing

We’ve improved the experience with transferring external contacts, enhanced the auto-[DND](/v1/docs/set-do-not-disturb-mode) feature, and improved [Caller ID](/v1/docs/customize-your-caller-id) handling.

### Integrations

The experience with [HubSpot](/v1/docs/manage-hubspot-integration-in-dialpad) calling confirmation feedback has been improved, and we have enhanced the behavior of [MS Dynamics](/v1/docs/dialpad-microsoft-dynamics-365) banners.

### Coaching Teams

Now, when viewing the [Company page](/v1/docs/manage-a-coaching-team), the Department/Contact Center/Coaching Teams are clearly displayed.

### Billing

The experience with [billing](/v1/docs/view-your-dialpad-billing-summary) details has improved with better grouping and reduced scrolling, and we have moved hardware pricing to its own dedicated page.

### Devices

You can now search for [room phones](/v1/docs/manage-a-room-phone) by name!

## Critical bug fixes

### Analytics and dashboards

Some users reported that [leaderboard](/v1/docs/contact-center-dashboards#live-dashboard-types) sorting didn’t work as expected, that SLA percentages weren’t properly calculated, and that aggregate values and [Queue Health](/v1/docs/queue-health-report) weren’t properly calculated. These have been fixed!

### Contact Center and scorecards

A few users reported that incorrect [grades](/v1/docs/grading-with-ai-scorecards#view-graded-interactions) were displayed, that [digital session](/v1/docs/digital-conversation-history) badges weren’t displayed clearly, and that access to [grade breakdowns](/v1/docs/grading-with-ai-scorecards#view-graded-interactions) was limited*.***We've fixed this.

### Integrations

There were reports of [Salesforce](/v1/docs/salesforce-cti-and-chrome-click-to-call) inconsistencies when saving information, the [Zendesk](/v1/docs/dialpad-zendesk-integration) back button didn’t always work properly, and connection issues with [MS Dynamics](/v1/docs/dialpad-microsoft-dynamics-365). These have been fixed!

### Calling and routing

Some users reported issues with their [caller ID](/v1/docs/customize-your-caller-id)s not being displayed correctly, the [transfer node](/v1/docs/workflow-steps#transfer) didn’t work as expected, and the hold/transfer options were not very responsive. We’ve fixed all of these.

### Messaging

A few users reported that [MMS links](/v1/docs/enable-external-smsmms-messaging) were missing from exports, and [muted channels](/v1/docs/channels#channel-notifications) would sometimes still display notifications. These have been fixed.

### Billing and licensing

There were reports of licenses not being allocated properly, inconsistent timestamps, and missing fee products. We’ve fixed this.

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
