# Dialpad Release Notes 26.02.03

Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to be at the center of your business communications, and we're constantly rolling out product updates with new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

## Improvements

### Integrations and calling workflows

We’ve improved the experience working with [HubSpot calling](/v1/docs/hubspot-calling-v2#make-receive-calls), [Powerdialer](/v1/docs/dialpad-powerdialer-with-salesforce) click-throughs, and [Disposition List](/v1/docs/enable-create-call-dispositions) deep dives.

### Contact Center and Coaching Hub

We’ve improved the user experience with [Contact Center](/v1/docs/contact-center-analytics) and [Coaching Hub](/v1/docs/coaching-hub) filters, leaderboard visuals, and campaign visuals.

### Licensing

We’ve improved the [licensing](/v1/docs/manage-dialpad-license-billing) experience by enhancing license pool management, adding clearer messaging, and improving validation.

## Critical bug fixes

### Integrations

Some users reported that [Salesforce CTI](/v1/docs/use-dialpad-for-salesforce-cti) wasn’t showing the correct case population, was displaying incorrect avatars, and was experiencing issues with voicemail drop selection. Also, there were reports of problems with connectors to [Zendesk](/v1/docs/dialpad-zendesk-integration) and [HubSpot](/v1/docs/manage-hubspot-integration-in-dialpad).**These have all been fixed!

### Dashboard and Coaching Hub

A few users reported sorting issues, filters not being applied, widgets not loading, redirecting issues, and leaderboard sorting issues with the [Live Dashboard](/v1/docs/contact-center-dashboards) and [Coaching Hub](/v1/docs/coaching-hub). These are now fixed!

### Calling and recording

Some users reported that [voice workflow](/v1/docs/workflows) greeting messages wouldn’t play correctly, [screen/recording](/v1/docs/record-a-call#record-an-active-call) playbacks didn’t work as expected, [voicemails](/v1/docs/voicemail-management) were delayed, and [TTS](/v1/docs/workflow-steps#using-texttospeech-tts) (Text-to-speech) previews displayed errors. These have all been fixed!

### Messaging

There were reports of [scheduled messages](/v1/docs/send-a-message#schedule-a-message) not being editable or deletable, of [bulk SMS messaging](/v1/docs/bulk-messaging) issues, of [emojis](/v1/docs/send-a-message#add-emoji-reactions) missing from messages, and of [digital channel](/v1/docs/digital-engagement-channels) linking issues. These have been fixed!

### Agentic

A few users reported that [connectors](/v1/docs/create-an-agentic-ai-agent#connectors-for-ai-agents) were disappearing, avatars were broken, voice bots were not connecting properly, and that credit deductions were not working. These are now fixed!

### Billing

There were some reports about [license](/v1/docs/manage-dialpad-license-billing) overages, [billing invoice](/v1/docs/billing-information#dialpad) label issues, missing discounts, and contract phasing issues. These have been fixed!

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
