Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on ***January 25, 2026.*** > [!TIP] > Visit [Dialpad What’s New](https://www.dialpad.com/whats-new/) for the latest product updates. > > Be sure to update your [desktop app](https://www.dialpad.com/download/), or visit Dialpad's [web portal](https://www.dialpad.com/features/web-portal/) to take advantage of our latest improvements. ## Improvements ### Call and recording improvements We’ve improved call handling and recording to make calls more reliable, including SIP contact handling and [recording link accessibility](/v1/docs/record-a-call#access-call-recordings-from-your-inbox). ### CRM and Contact Center workflows We’ve improved the experience around using CRM’s and contact center workflows, including [Salesforce SMS](/v1/docs/salesforce-sms-logging-faqs#why-dont-i-see-the-option-for-sms-logging-on-shared-lines), wallboard data, and [Coaching Team licensing](/v1/docs/manage-dialpad-license-billing#purchase-licenses). ### Admin and license management We’ve improved the experience around [swapping licenses](/v1/docs/manage-your-users#transfer-licenses) and handling license bundles. ## Critical bug fixes ### Translations bug Some users reported issues with untranslated error messages and text errors. These have been fixed! ### Live dashboard bug There were some reports of the [live dashboard](/v1/docs/contact-center-dashboards#dashboard) not loading properly, filtered [metrics](/v1/docs/contact-center-dashboards#filtering-live-dashboard-data) not being maintained, and metrics not updating correctly. These have been fixed! ### Analytics reporting bug Some users reported issues with [Queue Health](/v1/docs/queue-health-report#access-the-queue-health-report) reports not being visible, the [AI CSAT](/v1/docs/ai-csat-customer-satisfaction#how-ai-csat-works) tab missing, and inaccurate completion rates. These have been fixed! ### Calling and recording bug There were some reports of calling errors with [local presence](/v1/docs/local-presence) displays, [caller ID visibility](/v1/docs/customize-your-caller-id), and [TTS language](/v1/docs/workflow-steps#using-texttospeech-tts) in workflows. These have been fixed! ### Messaging bug Some users reported issues with [scheduled messages](/v1/docs/send-a-message#schedule-a-message) and video files not sending to recipients. These have been fixed! ### Integrations bug There were some reports of [Salesforce](/v1/docs/use-salesforce-for-dialpad#connect-salesforce) connection issues, [Zendesk](/v1/docs/dialpad-zendesk-integration) login issues, and [HubSpot](/v1/docs/manage-hubspot-integration-in-dialpad) service exclusions. These have been fixed! ## Other improvements We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
