# Dialpad Release Notes 25.05.27

Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to live at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates containing new features, improvements and bug fixes.

## New

### Personal quick replies

Create and manage your [personal quick replies](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/messaging-features#personal-quick-replies) to respond faster. They're visible only to you and work in any conversation, internal, external, group, contact center, or bulk.

## Critical bug fixes

### Conversation history bug

Some users reported that admins weren’t able to [access an operator’s conversation history](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/using-conversation-history#conversation-history-permissions). This has been fixed!

### Add a user bug

A few users reported that they got an error message saying 'Unable to complete request' while trying to [add a user](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/add-remove-team-members#add-a-team-member).

### Real-time assist cards bug

Some users reported that [RTA cards](https://help.dialpad.com/docs/real-time-assist-cards) disappeared when Ai assistant was enabled. This has been fixed!

## Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
